Classes in Mountain View



First Focus Learning Systems is pleased to announce the start of our fall 2011-12 after-school program on September 12, 2011. You will find a convenient schedule of Reading, Writing and Math classes arranged by student grade and skill level.
Over the past year, we have added several new classes including:

Advanced Reading (2nd & 3rd grade)
Intermediate Writing (2nd & 3rd grade)
Advanced Writing (3rd & 4th grade)

All classes are designed to be a fun and effective learning experience! All school year Reading Classes will be held once per week for two hours.

PreK classes are available in the mornings at 9:00 am, there is a 2 hour class and a 1.5 hour class.

Kindergarten classes are available at 1:00-3:00 PM or 3:30-5:30 PM.

All other classes ( 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Grade classes) are available in the 3:30-5:30 PM time slot, one day per week. 

The Math classes are available in 8 week sessions and are conducted in one two hour class session per week.

Private Tutoring
Private Tutoring will be available in 1 hour and 1½ hour sessions, semi-private sessions are available for 1, ½ and 2 hour sessions.

Our curriculum has proven to be highly successful for all children, but we have found that children are more motivated, learn faster and have more fun if they are instructed in small groups of children with similar stamina, age, and academic skills.

Parents are getting involved!
We also have a new series of classes designed to provide Parent Training in the First Focus Reading System. These classes will be taught at our El Monte Avenue, Mountain View Location, see Parent Training
